Firm advocates of the conservation of rare breeds and the use of fresh produce from sustainable land and marine resources, we source and purchase ingredients from local suppliers whenever possible and ensure our custom goes to those who foster high standards of animal welfare and traditional farming methods.

Recently awarded an AA Rosette for fine cuisine, we bring the very best of Yorkshire to your plate, from succulent lamb, tender beef, free range pork, and the freshest fish, crab and lobster.
